Hi, we didn’t set out to launch a brand.
We just wanted something we’d actually eat ourselves.
Every bar we picked up looked “healthy” on the front, but never felt right once you flipped it over. So we decided to try making our own. Something without any additives, preservatives, refined sugars, sugar alcohols, fake sweeteners.
Turns out, making something clean, simple and genuinely good isn’t easy. We spent months tweaking, testing, and taste-testing again (and again).
But once we finally made a bar we were happy to eat every day? That’s when we knew it was ready for everyone else too.
Honestly I Am™ started as our snack, and now it gets to be yours.

1. What makes me different from the other protein bars out there?
Most bars on the market taste like they were designed in a lab.
Sweeteners, syrups, fibres, preservatives, emulsifiers… and ingredients you could never pronounce in real life.
Honestly I Am nothing like that.
My creators started with real ingredients first and built me around taste and simplicity rather than additives.
I am made from 5 to 7 ingredients, naturally sweetened with dates, and powered by a clean blend of milk and wheat protein that is less processed and chosen because it is the best for texture and taste.
No shortcuts. No weird stuff. Just a clean bar that behaves like actual food.
2. Why do I use dates instead of refined sugar or artificial sweeteners?
Because dates do everything the fake stuff can’t.
They give me my natural sweetness, my soft, fudgy texture, and a depth of flavour you’ll never get from stevia, erythritol, sucralose or glucose syrups.
They also bring:
• natural fibre
• slow, steady energy
• antioxidants and micronutrients
• no artificial aftertaste
• none of the digestive drama sweeteners are known for
Most bars use sweeteners to cover up the taste of processed protein.
I use dates because they make me cleaner, tastier and naturally satisfying, the way a bar should be.
3. What do I actually taste like?
I taste like a snack you’d genuinely want to eat, not chalky protein bars.
Here’s how each flavour hits:
Double Cocoa: deep cocoa flavour, soft and fudgy with a light crunch from soy crispies
Cashew Cookie Dough: creamy cashew base with a cookie-dough warmth, soft with crispies for texture
Across all flavours, the texture is smooth, soft and satisfying, not chalky, not crumbly, and no synthetic aftertaste.
The sweetness is gentle and natural, thanks only to dates.
